Resolutions review
Time for a review ...
So, my first overall goal will be to actually use the different materials and do the excercises in the book. The most inspiring at this moment for me are 'Draw like Da Vinci' (sounds very ambitious) and 'Rendering in pen & ink' (a birthday gift).
Oooh, I(ve got some more books...I did some exercices from 'Rendering in pen & ink' and started with 'A natural way to draw'...and that's it. I flip through pages, can't realy work through all the excercises. Maybe later this year.
And I could do more with different materials. Now I having fun with pen & ink and I love the Derwents: graphitint & inktense.
Then I will commit to do the weekly challenges of EDM and IF , and also try to catch up with the previous EDM challenges, which should be done by the end of 2007.
Well, I'm quite good here. Did all the EDM challenges except 113 (I was away last week) and missed only two IF) challenges. Now I need to make some time to catch up with the previous EDM challenges. Way to go...
Inspired by Laura (Lauralines) I've also made a monthly list...
Januari:experimenting with pen & ink /washes and work on Kate's drawing lessons - Yes, I did this - sorry for Kate's drawing lessons, I didn't work on that
February: play with the artist’s dummy - try water color pencils - I started playing and I'm still playing... I will work on an illustrated quotebook with these dummies...so you will see more of them.
For the other months...I don't know if I will follow the list. Working on the quotes seems more fun now.
Drawing is becoming more of a habit...and I'm looking forward to some prolific months.

It helps to review, doesn't it! I like that you are willing to modify and change your plan, too. The quote book with the dummy is just a great idea -- very original and it sounds like a project that you can really put your heart into. Great work!
...and thanks for stopping by...
